We have within the group a dedicated Event Booking and Information Service which provides a group wide service, this service operates from our Charitable Incorporated Organisation [CIO] Devon EMS & Southern Event Solutions and is managed by our Event Operations Manager [Ryan] and our Clinical Care and Safeguarding Manager [Jim], who collectively form our Event Planning Team.

The team will provide a free consultancy service providing advise which will best match your requirements matching your requirements  and networking with selected providers to give you the most cost effective service which will meet your requirements, this will normally be one of our internal group providers but may have input from one of our Associate Industry Partners.

 

We will work with you in assessing your event needs, planning the required input and managing the event either directly or remotely, and providing you with a personal contact.
